Possible Livestream Tonight!

I have work to do on the calligraphy for the Black Blossom backers–and I’d kind of like to work on space marine Jaguar, too… so there’s a good chance I’ll flick on the camera tonight. If I do, it will be after 9 PM, and I’ll probably play some of the new Jokka audiobooks, or talk with you all if you like.

Livestream Tonight! Calligraphy and Audiobook, Oh My!

Tonight I’m hosting a livestream while I work on calligraphy for Black Blossom. I’ll be playing Chapter 1 (and possibly 2) of the audiobook, with a break to chatter if you all want to ask me questions (or we can use the chat! The chat will be lively, if past chats are any indication…!) I’ll also be announcing my $6K promise, in response to the Kickstarter breaking that line. If you’re home tonight, drop by and say hello!

Livestream Card Draw in Fifteen Minutes!

Activity: Tonight I’ll be doing a One Card Draw! Come by and get your card draw in person, and see how I interpret the flipping, twirling, springing and flopping in real-time.

Prices: As with the traditional One Card Draw, your card is free! However, you can tip me if you’re so inclined, and if you’d like elaboration on your card you can get an extra 2 cards down (a three-card reading) for $5. Also, I’ll be accepting balance card painting commissions; those are $50, plus shipping.

We always have a great time on the livestreams! Watching you all talk with each other is wonderful, I love reading it and having a chance to chat with everyone. So come say hello, even if you don’t want a card!






Livestream a Success!

Last night’s livestream went well! People had a good time, it seemed to me. Our maximum attendance was 27, and over the course of 2 hours I produced 15 doodles based on people’s suggestions, everything from poignant (an autumnal dryad) to funny (a cactus with an umbrella) to the just bizarre (a cyborg bonsai dryad). My favorites were probably the paired drink dragons (an Eastern dragon in a tea-cup, and a Western dragon relaxing in an iced coffee) and the drow in stylish straw hat and shades contemplating sunscreen (SPF 10,000).

I’m now at doodle 29 of the 50 I’ve promised. I am beginning to think packing and mailing them will take longer than drawing them!

Anyway, thank you all for attending! If you missed it, I might host another on the Friday after I get back from Anthrocon (the 22nd) if I’m not done yet with the rest.

Livestreaming Tonight: The Sketch Kickstarter Doodles

Tonight I’ll be livestreaming work on the doodles! Everyone is welcome, no matter what level they backed in… or even if they didn’t back at all. The more friends, the merrier. :)

Time: Roughly 9 PM EST to 11 PM EST. This is a rough estimate; I may start earlier and end later. But I should be full-steaming by 9:30, whatever the case.
