The new Admonishments cover in progress. My penmanship is horrible, but that’s my perfectionism speaking. All the Ai-Naidar in my head think I’m not doing too badly. The only Look I got was from Farren when I briefly considered reusing the Black Blossom cover for the other two volumes, recolored in Photoshop.
We didn’t have an argument. He just… Looked at me and I meekly went to the vocabulary and started choosing new words to transcribe. -_-
On the bright side, while almost no one will probably notice, it does mean that the words on each cover are specific to the story. The Admonishments words are mostly about Correction and epiphany and love. The words on Black Blossom are from the Book of Truth and Flowers, with some extras from the text thrown in.
Anyway, I got pretty far for the half hour I had. Hopefully I’ll finish it this week.
