Daughter at 5 Years
My mother is always asking my daughter if she can go to school with her, or that party with her, or that class with her, and my daughter’s answer is always, “NOoooOoo, you can’t! You’re too big! School is for little girls! Not big girls!”

(At which point my mother always protests that can’t big girls learn things too?)

But anyway. Yesterday we were returning from lunch when my daughter announced, “I know what to do!”

“What?” my mom asked.

“You can come and take a bath in very hot water,” said Daughter. “And then you’ll shrink! And then the new little you can come to school with me!”

We all thought this was a clever solution, and my mother was perhaps flattered to be compared to clothing fancy enough to shrink in the wash.

Creative News/Plans
Today’s Earthrise went up yesterday! So no more Earthrise until Saturday. That will use up the last of our existing donations. We have $10 toward our next bonus episode, so drop some money in the kitty if you’re enjoying the story! Also, the archive is up to date again.

Yesterday I finished lettering/preparing the last five pages of the Three Jaguars that were scanned. I finished up inking another page and started two more, but I don’t think I’m going to mess with those until February. We’re already scheduled until the second week of March, so I think I’m going to turn my attention to other projects.

Today, I probably be writing, and calling lawyers.

Oh! And my new computer is supposed to arrive today? Fingers are crossed!
